A. Maximum Upload Speeds are normally approximately 25% to 30% of Plan Maximum Download Speed and will depend on the distance
to our tower and signal strength. For example, if you are subscribed to the 10Mbps Plan then your normal Maximum Upload Speed will
normally be 2.5 Mbps to 3 Mbps. 15 Mbps Plan - Maximum Upload Speed will normally be 3.75 Mbps to 4.5 Mbps. 25 Mbps Plan -
Maximum Upload Speed will normally be 6.25 Mbps to 7.5 Mbps. 35 Mbps Plan - Maximum Upload Speed will normally be 7.5 Mbps to
10.5 Mbps. 50 Mbps Plan - Maximum Upload Speed will normally be 12.5 Mbps to 15 Mbps. Upload speeds will vary more than
B. Extra installation charges may apply when there are special installation requirements. Normal installation charges shown above in
chart are for a normal installation. Depending on distance, obstructions, and other factors, delivery of the Adaptive Internet service
might require the installation of alternate equipment to overcome installation / location issues which might require a higher
installation charge to cover the cost of the alternate equipment required.
C. Higher bandwidths are not available everywhere and the availability is limited. Higher bandwidth plans require a direct line of site to
one of our service towers without excessive distances. 25, 35 & 50 Mbps plans are sometimes unavailable due to interference,
obstructions or other environmental conditions. The 50 Mbps plan is only available in limited areas and even then requires that there
are no obstructions or interference.
D. Plan Bandwidth Speeds are maximums. Actual speed will vary. Plans speeds should generally be attainable, but are maximums, not
E. Residential Internet Service Plan pricing is based on monthly automatic billing to a credit card, checking account or PayPal account to
be setup at the time of installation. If automatic billing is not desired, then Adaptive Communications charges a $5.00 handling charge
for accounts that pay over the phone or mail in a check monthly to Adaptive Communications, Inc.
F. The 3 & 5 Mbps download Internet Service speeds are not guaranteed to stream movies and videos without stoping and/or buffering.
Adaptive Internet recommends an Internet service download speed of at least 10 Mbps for best results when streaming movies and
